Media Department
If you would like to have an announcement displayed during service please access the attached form and send to the media dept website: mwwc_media@hotmail.com. The website is checked every Monday by 5p.m.
You may also print form and place in our inbox on the projection desk at the church.
When submitting your request please remember the following:
Announcements should only be "one form" of relaying your news to the body
Announcements should consist of the "least amount" of information to get the information out. The media Department has been given the authority to change "ANY" announcement that in their determination will be too long in content.
Announcements will only run for 2 consecutive weeks, after that- it will be pulled to make room for other announcements, or to cut down the amount of time used during services for announcements.
All announcements will be turned in on Mondays to be ran the following Sunday. If you turn in the announcement on any other day than Monday, please do not "EXPECT" that your announcement will be ran the following service. All attempts will be made to get your announcement up as quickly as possible, but the only guarantee you have is if you turn it in by Monday.
An announcement should never have to take more than one screen.....if you turn in more than that, your announcements is WAY too long! You should go back and revise it before turning in.......remember, the less words used, the better opportunity you will have of someone taking the time to read it.
